Debra Wein

Debra founded Wellness Workdays in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience working in the health and wellness industry. She is a nationally recognized expert on health and wellness designing award-winning programs for organizations across the country. She is also the Program Director of the Wellness Workdays Dietetic Internship, one of the largest nationally accredited programs in the United States, training future Registered Dietitians in the areas of worksite wellness and health promotion, nutrition and entrepreneurship, and nutrition communications and marketing. Debra holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in nutritional sciences and applied physiology from Cornell and Columbia Universities.
Debra’s success has presented her with a variety of opportunities. Debra serves on the Board and Chairs the Well-Being and Engagement Committee of The New England Employee Benefits Council. She is an appointed member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW), a group of highly accomplished women including Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Janet Reno, Senator Gabriella Giffords, Mae Jemison, Irene Rosenfeld and many others; a member of the Cornell University College of Human Ecology Dean’s Advisory Council; and a member of the University of Massachusetts' School of Public Health and Health Sciences Dean's Advisory Board.

Robin has over 20 years of experience with business operations and human resources in Fortune 50 companies. Working in healthcare and logistics, she has experience with Corporate Safety Training programs, OSHA, DOT and FAA Laws and regulations. Following her Business degree from Husson university she became a Certified Health and Wellness coach.

Chris Guild
CHWC, Member of MINT
Chris is the Director of Training and Client Accounts for OMC, A Wellness Workdays Company. He is responsible for the oversight of client company wellness programs from Maine to Florida and is also responsible for the training and development of health coaches with a specialty in teaching behavior change strategies. He is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and has trained teachers, law enforcement officers, and healthcare providers in behavior change strategies across the country. He has a passion for helping engage employees in changing at-risk health behavior, improving employees' quality of life, and workplace productivity.

Ashley Chehab
MS, RDN, CWPC
Ashley is the Director of Client Programs and Strategy at Wellness Workdays. She received her undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and then went on to complete her masters from Tufts University. She completed her dietetic internship at the Frances Stern Nutrition Center at Tufts Medical Center where she gained extensive clinical and outpatient nutrition experience.
Ashley enjoys helping her clients develop and implement strategic initiatives that help employees perform their best at work and at home.

Caitlin Dunn
MS, RDN, LDN, CHWC
Caitlin is the Program Manager for Wellness Workdays Dietetic Internship. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nutrition from Boston University. Prior to joining the WWDI team, she spent 10 years working in program development for several nutrition tech start-ups and leading the lifestyle program at Boston Heart Diagnostics where she counseled thousands of clients to better health. Her varied experiences help her to advise interns on career options outside of traditional opportunities. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys traveling, refinishing unloved furniture, and spending time at the beach with her husband and three young children.
