provider of corporate wellness programs, has been selected by Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC) to advance the employee wellness program for its 5000+ physicians and staff across the entire healthcare system, which includes two acute care hospitals, the largest home health agency on the Cape, a network of primary care and specialty practices, urgent care centers, skilled rehabilitation facilities, and an assisted living facility. The LiveWell initiative will include a comprehensive assessment and strategic process to create a culture of well-being to enhance the lives of its employees.
